Arrivals at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)

Domestic flights deliver passengers to baggage claim on the Ground Level of the Landside Terminal; international flights deplane at Concourse C and follow the signs through passport control first.

After you land

  1. Follow signs for Baggage Claim. International passengers continue through passport control at Concourse C before reaching the claim hall.
  2. Find your carousel on the Ground Level; screens above each carousel show your flight number.
  3. Collect your bags (free carts are available landside), then clear customs if applicable.
  4. Exit into the arrivals hall and follow the door numbers: door 7 for ride share, door 9 for buses and coaches, or the taxi rank and rental-car walkway.

Meeting someone?

Drivers wait in the Free Wait Lot (free for the first hour) until you call from the curb — pickups happen at the Ground Level. Personal pick-up traffic no longer uses the old terminal roadway; follow the signs at the kerb.

Request your ride share only after you have collected your bags, then walk to door 7 on the Ground Level — drivers circulate in a short waiting loop.
