Parking with the new terminal
- The 2025 terminal brought a 3,300-space garage and a new 2,800-space surface lot; older lots remain open but are reached by shuttle rather than on foot from the former terminal.
- Parking is operated by LAZ Parking; the former GO FAST Pass is now the PIT Express Pass for electronic payment.
- On-site lots are patrolled by Allegheny County Police.
- Some lots display closed status when full — check the airport’s live parking page before leaving home.
Reserve and save
- Book online at PARKatPIT.com at least 7 days ahead for “as low as” pricing and guaranteed availability.
- Reservations can be cancelled as plans change; drive-up rates are higher on every product.
- Premium Reserve-style PIT Executive spaces are sold by reservation only — there is no drive-up inventory.
Tips
- For trips over two days, the shuttle lots save real money against the garage.
- Photograph your parking row and level; the garage connects to the terminal by signed walkway.
- Returning after hours? The covered walkway from the garage is signed directly to the terminal.
- Have your receipt or payment card ready at the exit lanes — overstays are calculated on exit.
Ski-season weekends and holidays fill the close-in lots first — reserve early or use the Free Wait Lot if you are only collecting someone.
